3. Eligibility

• Must provide correct personal details at the time of registration.
• Must not be involved in any illegal or fraudulent direct selling activity.

4. Nature of Training

• DirectShield provides knowledge-based certification, not employment or income guarantees.
• All programs are conducted for educational and skill-development purposes only.
• DirectShield does not promote MLM, network marketing recruitment, or income claims.

5. User Obligations

Users agree:

• To use this website ethically and legally.
• Not to misuse learning material, logos, or certificates.
• Not to misrepresent DirectShield certification as government approval.
• Not to promote illegal pyramid schemes or misleading income claims.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content—including text, images, logo, modules, PDFs, videos—is the property of DirectShield.

Users cannot copy, sell, upload, or distribute DirectShield content without written permission.

7. Certification Conditions

A participant receives a certificate only when:

• Full fee is paid
• Required assessments (if any) are completed
• Identity verification is successful
• Ethics agreement is accepted

DirectShield reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments are final and must be made via approved payment gateways.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds apply only as per Refund & Dispute Policy (see full policy below).
• No refunds for misuse, violation of terms, or false claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

DirectShield is not liable for:

• Any business loss, income loss, networking disputes
• Fraud done by third-party companies/platforms
• Participant misuse of learned content

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian Law, under:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Direct Selling Rules, 2021
• IT Act, 2000
